Reporting Product Claims

Customers must report any product claims within 24 hours of product delivery. To process the claim, customers are required to share pictures and videos of the issue along with a picture of the Enfuri.com invoice.

Damaged Products

For damaged products, customers must report the issue to Enfuri.com within 1 hour of delivery or at the time of delivery (for Karachi only). Once reported, the claims department will respond to the customer within 2-3 working days.

Wrong Product Delivery

If the customer receives the wrong product, they must report it within 24 hours of delivery. To facilitate the exchange process, customers should send pictures and videos of the products via email to sales@enfuri.com.

Claims Investigation and Replacement

All claims will be thoroughly investigated by our quality control team. Valid claims will be eligible for a replacement. However, if the product is no longer available for replacement, the customer’s payment will be refunded or reversed.

Payment Returns
